1972年，白手起家的何明憲先生以鑄造起家，秉持著「勤儉誠信、美善璞真」的理念，創立了勤美股份有限公司。由草創的三位同學、新台幣100萬的資本額開始，何創辦人率領團隊經過多年的努力打拼；現今的勤美集團營收已逾百億，並持續邁向永續。

勤美集團的金屬成型事業除了在台灣設立新竹廠、楊梅廠之外，更於大陸天津、蘇州、孝感設廠，並取得ISO 9001、ISO 14001、ISO 50001、ISO 45001及IATF 16949。

近年來更轉型成控股公司的型態，追求人文美善的多角化經營，現今的勤美集團由金屬成型事業、建設住宅事業、生活休閒事業以及基金會，組成勤美大家庭，在不同的領域中多元發展、穩健成長。

In 1972, Mr. Ho Ming-Shiann started China Metal Products Co., Ltd. (CMP) as a self-made entrepreneur with the vision of running a business through diligence, integrity, honesty, beauty, kindness, and sincerity. From the humble beginnings of two friends and NT$1 million in authorized capital, Mr. Ho has since led his team through years of trials and tribulation to grow CMP Group into a company with annual revenue in the tens of billions of NTD and a bright and sustainable future yet ahead.

CMP Group's Metal Manufacturing division has not only built factories in Hsinchu and Yangmei in Taiwan, but has also established sites in Tianjin, Suzhou, and Xiaogan in mainland China, having acquired ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 certifications.

In recent years, CMP has transformed into a holding company in its pursuit of a diversified business portfolio that fits the ideals of humanitarian beauty. Today, the CMP Group has become a conglomerate that sees steady growth across its diverse range of businesses of Metal Manufacturing, Land Development, Lifestyle Hospitality, and the CMP PUJEN Foundation for Arts and Culture.

1972年、無一文でスタートした何明憲氏は、「勤勉と質素、誠実と美善真」を理念として　株式会社勤美（CMP GROUP）を設立しました。 3名のクラスメイトと100万台湾ドルの資本金でスタートした何氏は、長年の努力によってチームを導き、現在では勤美グループの売上高は100億台湾ドルを超え、持続可能な企業に向けて前進し続けています。

勤美グループの金属加工事業は、台湾の新竹工場、楊梅工場に加え、中国の天津、蘇州、孝感に工場を設立しています。

近年では、持株会社へと転換し、人間味あふれる多面的な経営を追求しています。また現在では、金属成形事業、建設住宅事業、ライフスタイル事業、財団からなる勤美グループを形成し、それぞれの分野で多角化と安定成長を続けています。
